The Gravenhurst Chamber of Commerce has a variety of options available to help our members promote and enhance their brand to the local community, seasonal residents and fellow b2b entrepreneurs.  A large part of our mission is to ensure our members are best represented to their specific target audiences.  As a member of the Gravenhurst Chamber of Commerce, these opportunities are broken down to best suit the individual needs of each business, concentrating on the distinct audience they would like to connect with.  One of our main goals is to support local businesses in developing their respective marketing/sponsorship plan, and then to execute it accordingly through detailed Chamber related marketing and sponsorship strategies.  These include, but are not limited to, the following:

Chamber Partner Sponsorships

Let us be your resource!  Are your customers local businesses? Is B2B sales and services a key focus of your customer base? We are now offering opportunities to connect with Gravenhurst’s chamber members.  Aligning your business with the Chamber will allow you to work in parallel with the Chamber’s goals, projects and initiatives most recognized by the local business community.

Experience Gravenhurst Map Advertising

The Experience Gravenhurst Map is distributed to key markets thoughout the region.  With a goal of connecting with seasonal residents and tourists, we ensure the community is equipped with guides and maps in high traffic locations so visitors in the area can explore all the community has to offer.  In early May, the Chamber also distributes the publication to key markets throughout Muskoka, the GTA, and Tourism Information Centres in Niagara, Halton, Hamilton and Kitchener/Waterloo.

Dockside Festival of the Arts Sponsorships

Dockside Festival of the Arts is a three-day juried artisan festival featuring over 100 Canadian Artists, live music and gourmet food.   Enjoy helicopter rides, painting and pottery classes held throughout the weekend.  Dockside Festival attracted over 5000 customers to the Gravenhurst Muskoka Wharf, Special Events Field. With the ever developing marketing plan and reach, as well as the new and innovative festival concepts, we anticipate these numbers will grow substantially in the next few years.

Gravenhurst Chamber Winter Gala Sponsorships

The Gravenhurst Chamber of Commerce Winter Gala celebrates the Gravenhurst business community and as a Gala Sponsor, your business will be promoted to regional business owners.  The Winter Gala is an opportunity to dress up, have fun and support a fundraiser contributing to the Gravenhurst Chamber’s annual initiatives.  In 2015, the Winter Gala sold out of tickets and hosted 250 guests, representing over 90 local businesses.

Gravenhurst Santa Claus Parade Sponsorships

One of the largest community events in Gravenhurst, the Annual Gravenhurst Santa Claus Parade began in 1953 and continues to attract guests of all ages.  The Santa Claus Parade relies on partnerships between our local businesses, community members, service groups and neighboring organizations. Parade sponsorship is a great way to connect with local customers during the holiday shopping season.

Gravenhurst Car Show Sponsorships

The Gravenhurst Car Show offers a variety of sponsorships connecting local businesses with the special event demographic.  Last year over 3000 spectators and over 400 vehicle registrants attended this one-day event, doubling in numbers from previous years.  The marketing plan extended throughout Ontario, drawing car enthusiasts and spectators from near and far.

E-blast opportunities

Take advantage of the Gravenhurst Chamber of Commerce’s E-blast services and speak directly to your target market.

Email marketing gives you the chance to create deeper relationships with a wider audience at a fraction of the cost of traditional media.

The E-blast includes your company’s name, your logo or jpeg/GIF of your selection (250 x 250 pixels max), a message consisting of 140 characters (not including spaces) and a link to your website or another online asset.

We charge $100 for members to send out an E-blast, and $200 for non-members.
